Today, I found a small campfire near my cave. The fire was tall, warm, and very alive. I stayed quiet because I had never seen a light like that during the night.

In the morning, I called my friend Tamo. We saw footprints in the mud beside the stones and followed the marks slowly. The path led us to a dark part of the forest.

Behind a big tree, we found a shiny stone. The stone was cold, but it seemed to hold a blue light inside. Tamo said it might be a gift from the spirits of the mountain.

We took the stone to the cave and placed it near the wall. When the campfire burned, the stone's light showed old drawings on the rock. There were people, animals, and an arrow toward the river.

We followed the arrow at sunrise. Beside the river, we found more footprints and another burned-out campfire. Now I know someone was here before us, and tomorrow I will discover who it was.
